Kimberly joined Cause Capacity in 2026 as an Administrative & Operations Specialist. A seasoned administrative professional with more than 15 years of experience supporting senior leaders in nonprofit, higher education, and private industry spaces, she is passionate about helping leaders and organizations advance their missions through thoughtful, efficient, and relationship-centered support.

 

Known for her discretion, adaptability, and exceptional organizational skills, she has partnered with university executives, CEOs, board leaders, and entrepreneurs to streamline operations and ensure organizational effectiveness. Her experience combines traditional executive support with expertise in communications, donor relations, event planning, and process improvement, allowing her to serve as a strategic partner to diverse leadership teams.

 

Kimberly holds a M.A.from North Carolina State University and a B.A. from the University of Kentucky.
