Katie has led full-cycle recruiting efforts supporting nationwide hiring for corporate, finance, legal, sales, operations, and leadership roles. Earlier in her career, she built a strong foundation in client service through recruiting roles in technology and luxury hospitality—experiences that continue to influence her commitment to creating exceptional experiences for both clients and candidates.

Katie earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of North Carolina Wilmington and completed graduate studies in Applied Psychology at the University of Ulster. She lives in Virginia Beach with her husband and two teenagers, where she enjoys traveling, exploring coastal Virginia, and cheering on her children at soccer and basketball events.
