Trina joined Cause Capacity in 2026 as an Administrative & Operations Specialist. Drawing from a career that spans libraries, nonprofits, research, marketing, and mental health, she brings a thoughtful, systems-oriented approach to supporting mission-driven organizations.

Trina began her career in libraries, where she developed a deep appreciation for organization, information management, and connecting people with resources that help them feel empowered and prepared to tackle tasks with confidence. Her background in libraries taught her that even the best information is only useful if people can find it, understand it, and put it into practice. She brings that same philosophy to her work with organizations, helping create systems and workflows that make knowledge more accessible and work more manageable.

Throughout her career, Trina has supported organizations through project coordination, administrative operations, communications, research, and program support. Known for her ability to spot patterns and identify pain points, she helps teams turn their vision into actionable goals and outcomes.

Trina holds a BS in Psychology from Texas A&M University, an MS in Information Studies from The University of Texas, and an MA in Counseling from St. Edward’s University. She lives in Austin, Texas, where she enjoys hiking, reading, and making art.
