Donna joined Cause Capacity as a Recruiting Specialist in July 2026. She is a talent acquisition and business development professional with 19 years of experience helping organizations attract, hire, and retain exceptional talent. Throughout her career, she has partnered with Fortune 500 companies and start-up organizations, leading full-cycle recruitment across healthcare, information technology, finance, executive leadership, shared services, nursing, transportation, and high-volume operations. She is known for building strong partnerships with hiring leaders, creating exceptional candidate experiences, and delivering strategic recruiting solutions that drive business success.

In addition to her corporate recruiting career, Donna has expanded her expertise into entrepreneurship, digital marketing, and brand development within the beauty and travel industries. She has built and grown online communities, created engaging digital content, and developed authentic marketing strategies that connect people with brands and opportunities. Her unique blend of corporate leadership and entrepreneurial experience allows her to bring both strategic thinking and creativity to every role.

Donna earned her bachelor's degree in Sociology from Fitchburg State College. She lives just south of Boston with her two daughters, one dog, and two cats. She is passionate about travel, has visited 12 countries and believes the best adventures are the ones shared with her daughters. Whether exploring a new destination, discovering the latest beauty trends, or building meaningful relationships, Donna is driven by connection, curiosity, and helping others create opportunities for growth.
