Guyanne joined Cause Capacity in 2022 as a Recruiting Partner. With over 25 years of experience in helping organizations build capacity, Guyanne’s experience ranges from sales and marketing to operations and strategy. She has worked with companies of all sizes and has experience with nonprofit organizations as well as Fortune 500 companies.

 

Guyanne is a graduate of the University of Illinois where she completed her B.S. in Business Administration and Marketing, followed by attending Loyola Law School.

 

Guyanne has an insatiable passion for helping businesses scale to and through hyper-growth by sourcing top talent and building high-performing teams. She has been a trusted advisor throughout her career, known for her ability to resolve challenging situations efficiently and empathetically.

 

Guyanne is an avid traveler and lives with her husband and two children in the San Francisco Bay Area.
