La Tisha Johnson joined the Cause Capacity team in 2026. She is a people-centered professional with more than 28 years of experience in education, program coordination, leadership, and organizational support. Throughout her career, she has developed a strong ability to bring structure to complex environments, manage multiple priorities, build relationships, and turn ideas into organized, actionable plans.

La Tisha is passionate about helping organizations and teams work more effectively. She enjoys creating systems and resources, organizing information, coordinating projects, improving processes, supporting communication, and managing the details that help an organization move its mission forward. She is known for being dependable, resourceful, collaborative, and willing to step in wherever she can add value.

Her approach is grounded in the belief that strong relationships and strong systems go hand in hand. She takes time to understand the people and purpose behind the work, then looks for practical ways to make processes more efficient and teams more successful.

Outside of work, La Tisha enjoys spending time with her husband, family, and grandchildren, serving through her church, traveling, shopping, and creating opportunities for people to connect and celebrate life.
