Manoosh is thrilled to join the Cause Capacity team! With more than 15 years of experience supporting senior executives and operations in the nonprofit sector, she is excited to leverage her expertise to help mission-driven nonprofits and small businesses across the country thrive and excel.

Throughout her career, Manoosh has worked in organizations of varying sizes, from providing comprehensive executive support at a large national nonprofit to coordinating operations for a local leadership development organization. Her broad experience has given her insight into many aspects of nonprofit operations, including board relations, diversification, executive support, event planning, program development, and volunteer engagement.

Passionate about supporting organizations that create meaningful impact and turn ideas into reality, Manoosh brings a collaborative, detail-oriented approach to every project and partnership.

Outside of work, Manoosh enjoys fostering kittens, spending time in nature, and exploring topics related to mental health and well-being. She holds a Master of Arts in Professional Counseling from Texas State University and a Bachelor of Science in Sociology from Florida State University. Manoosh resides in Austin, Texas.
