Mehreen Cassoobhai is a seasoned Human Resources professional with over a decade of experience delivering strategic and hands-on support across a broad range of human resources functions. She has worked across diverse industries, including engineering, specialty healthcare, and telecommunications, with extensive expertise in both U.S. and Canadian employment landscapes.

Her expertise spans supporting end-to-end HR operations such as recruitment, onboarding, payroll compliance, performance management, immigration support, benefits and wellness programs, employee relations and HRIS implementations.

Mehreen holds a Bachelor of Commerce with a specialization in Management from the University of Toronto’s Rotman School of Management, and she is PHR-certified by the HR Certification Institute. With a commitment to fostering inclusive, people-centered workplaces, Mehreen brings both strategic insight and operational excellence to every role she undertakes.

Mehreen lives in Texas with her family. When she is not working she spends time on her passion project – a small gifting business. She also enjoys travelling and reading whenever she can find a quiet moment.
