What This Lane Can Do

  • Calendar and meeting coordination (staff, leadership, board)

  • Inbox monitoring and routing (general/admin inboxes)

  • Meeting logistics: agendas, notes, follow-ups

  • Document management and file organization (Google Drive, shared folders)

  • Vendor coordination (IT, office services, contractors)

  • Travel booking and itineraries

  • Expense tracking, invoice processing, and credit card reconciliation support (administrative only)
